And first of all I would like to mention: if you looked closely to the habitats mentioned, the chemical water parameters and their nutrition, I think one can understand why I suggest for many years already to keep every one of the 3 discus species separated, not to mix them. And definitely never to mix wilds with tank breed discus – these are worlds apart, the former knows only nature and has its parasites he can live with very well and the latter knows only small bar tanks, different feeds and has parasites which have little to do with those from the wild and can never match…
