Gel-o-Juice Daphnia is a premium liquid zooplankton food containing a high concentration of Daphnia (water fleas), one of the most valuable natural food sources for freshwater ornamental fish. Naturally rich in dietary fibre, Daphnia helps support healthy digestion, promotes a balanced intestinal flora and contributes to the vitality and natural coloration of aquarium fish.
This highly digestible food is especially suitable for juvenile fish, small ornamental species and demanding freshwater fish, while also providing an excellent natural supplement for community aquariums and other freshwater aquarium inhabitants such as shrimp and invertebrates.
Unlike frozen foods, Gel-o-Juice Daphnia offers maximum convenience with no freezing or thawing required. It can be stored for 24 months without refrigeration, providing a hygienic, ready-to-use alternative that preserves nutritional quality while eliminating the risks associated with frozen or live foods.
The liquid formulation allows precise feeding with minimal waste, reducing phosphate and nitrate input compared with conventional frozen foods and helping maintain excellent water quality. The food can be dispensed directly into the aquarium using the dosing cap or administered accurately with a pipette.
