Borneo or Kalimantan, is the third largest island in the world and the largest in Southeast Asia, located north of Java, west of Sulawesi and east of Sumatra.

Politically, the island is divided between three countries: Malaysia and Brunei in the north, and Indonesia in the south. About 73% of the island of Borneo is in Indonesian territory. The Malaysian states of Sabah and Sarawak make up 26% of the island’s area. More than half of the island of Borneo is located in the Northern Hemisphere, including parts of Malaysia and Brunei.

Plant care: Tiger barb fish is always looking for excess food in the tank, they are very active.

Heok Hee Ng: No habitat information. Threats not identified. Water chemistry is wrong for a peat swamp forest (water should be tannin-stained and very acidic (pH should be about 4.0), Substrate is wrong for peat swamp (there is no mud in a peat swamp, and the substrate actually consists of a very thick latyer of peat (leafy and woody debris in small pieces). Fish species include alien species.
