Aquarium equipment

This kind of Cyperus it is not very difficult to cultivate in ours home aquarium, since it survives a long period of adaptation well. It grows better under a lot of light (0,5 – 1 watt per liter).

Plant care

It is not necessary to fertilize with CO2, however, adding CO2 with a diffuser will significantly improve its growth. This plant likes rather cold tropical water, which should not exceed a temperature of 26 ° for optimal growth.

Water care

A good supply of nitrates, phosphates, potassium and micronutrients improves growth and promotes a healthy appearance.
