Aquarium decoration

The aquarium has been decorated with natural driftwoods, dry branches, leaf litter, dry roots and live plants. The tank has been decorated in such a way that it represents coastal area of Borneo’s Peat Swamp. ADA La Plata sand and dead leaf litters has been used as a substrate which makes the tank more natural looking. Live plants has been added in between to make the tank more biotope specific.

  • Lighting – AST X7 (15 Watt)
  • Cooling Fan – Two CPU Cooling fan
Fish care

The diet varies from live bloodworms to different micro pellets (e.g Hikari Micro Pellets).

Fishes:

  • Boraras brigittae (Danionidae)
  • Trigonostigma hengeli (Danionidae)
Plant care

Tropica root tabs has been used while setting up the tank.

  • Cryptocoryne wendtii (Araceae)
Water care

AZOO PLUS TRIPLE BLACK WATER to stabilize the pH which protects water from a dangerous acidity drop.
